Fanelli's Full Body Breakdown Split

60 minutes: $10

This plan is designed for those with either little to no training experience or those who's lives oftentimes take over their gym time. The plan is set up to train the full body each session with the intent to give the body enough to recover between each session.

Fanelli's Upper/Lower Split

60 minutes: $10

This plan is either a 4 day or 6 day training split depending on your experience level in training. The plan is structured to work the upper body 2-3 days a week and the lower body 2-3 days a week. Here I break the body down into 2 sections being the upper body counting for the muscles above the hips area excluding the abs, and then the lower body muscles being those located below the hips with the inclusion of the abdomen.

Fanelli's PPL Split Workout Plan

60 minutes: $10

This workout plan provides either a 3 day training split or a 6 day training split focusing on gaining mass and building muscle! The program is split up to do pushing movements on day 1. The muscles worked in these types of movements include the chest, triceps, and shoulders. Pulling movements will be done on day 2. The muscles worked on this day include the back muscles as well as the biceps. Then, legs and core on day 3. These muscles include the quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, and then the muscles of the abdomen.

1-on-1 Training

60 minutes: $20-$30

Here I will work with you personally to provide proper coaching through a workout session focusing on maintaining proper form as well as pushing YOU to YOUR limits. One option for training is to workout with me at the gym I attend or I can come to yours!

Nutritional Coaching and Advice

Here I use 50+ year old Italian-originated recipes tweaked to better meet YOUR fitness goals. You have the option to recipe a meal plan for a week or simply advice on things to add to your diet to make you healthier, while still enjoying the foods you love!
